Sid and I met in our NSO Group on my first day at Georgetown. He’d followed me on Instagram before coming to campus, and in those early days he said to me “I thought you were going to be a model.” I responded that I was sorry to disappoint him, and we’d laugh about this moment for years.

Our first corp gala!! I spent the whole night with Sid and Roselle (one of my now best friends). The three of us had the time of our lives even as we got stuck with this girl who would not shut up about her heels hurting her feet. Despite being annoying Sid was way more patient with her than I ever could have been. This photo is from Muncheez, where we got drunk falafel at 12:30am

2022, May 7, Nell & My 22nd Birthday Party
Early May has been a special time since I met Sid freshman year. Each year, I made a new close friend who had a birthday around us. Sid – May 4th. Grant – May 5th. Nell – May 7th. Myself – May 8th. Similarly to Grant and Sid, Nell and I celebrated our birthday together junior and senior year. This photo is from our 22nd when we booked out the Takoda rooftop and invited all our friends.

Our first few months in NYC- I invited my friends to my family’s house in upstate NY to pick apples. I had SO much fun with everyone and Sid always talked about how good of a re-set that weekend was for him to get out of the city. We picked apples, made cider, drove the ranger, and my high school/college/other friends got to know each other better.

We host an end of junior year party, and Sid pops a bottle of champagne for a legendary picture. Liz, Sid, and I end our night at Tombs, only to get denied entry due to Liz’s ID. We roamed the streets of Georgetown after, laughing about it and chatting.

Sid and I grabbed Indian food from Arlington to serve at an Expat dinner series. It was time these kids were cultured. Before the party, he scooped me in his Tesla and we drove together to the restaurant, listening to desi music the whole way.
